August 2016, I began a journey to pursue my passion of dance. I left my full-time teaching job as a public school dance teacher in my hometown. I secured a place to stay, rooming with another artist who graduated from the University of Alabama.
This indeed was a LEAP OF FAITH!! It’s been almost a year later and I’m still grinding away. I made steps toward achieving my dream. Some days I feel like I haven’t done much, but other days I look down my list of accomplishments and it motivates me to get out of the bed one more day.
